Compassion for one another, confidence in one’s self, and stewardship for the natural world are the core goals of Chewonki’s Outdoor Classroom Day, Overnight, and Wilderness Trip programs for schools. Our unique educational experiences offer students and teachers the opportunity to immerse themselves in nature while having fun and learning. Programs are designed to enhance classroom curriculum and meet the specific needs of each particular group.
